Question for The Sims FreePlay
BEACHHOUSE UPDATE MARCH 2013
So I've skipped most of the goals like getting the auction podium and practicing, but I've built the real estate agency and employed one of my sims as an agent. Now it's telling me to build a new house but when I go to view the city, it wnt let me build on the beach front properties. Help?

Maube you need to complete a certain level what you are on then it will let you?

Do you have the option to add a Sim? If not, then you will have to level up until it gives you the option. It's the only way you'll be able to build a new house. Try doing Ghost Hunt, sometimes increasing you Town Value to another Town level sometimes give you the option (depending on your current level), unless it was changed with the update. This could be because your not in an high enough level to get it, or you just don't have enough money. Cheetos for money are on the internet or just ask me, I know alot of them. Sorry if It didn't help

I'm doing all of the challenges and I built a beachside house but my Town Value did not increase. Why not? Is it a glitch?
I think the Town Value increase was supposed to be $1,000,000

I am having the same problem. 😔😡 I bought a beach side home worth 48 LP points, that was supposed to add to my town a little over a million dollars, but DIDNT. It's making me very mad, can anyone help? I am on level 30 with 18 sims, 57 neighbors, my town is worth 5,603,745 and I use an iphone5. PPepper answered:
After I did the beach house update it won't let me check the mail, and I need it to complete my goal
