I can' t get my party boat to connect. Any suggestions?

Go to settings and hit the blue key symbol and make sure you are logged into both Facebook and gamecenter. Then try to go to your boat and it should connect.

It took me quite a few tries to get this to work. I had to turn the IPOD/Android of multiple times and log onto FB on the computer and go to my APPS on there and delete all the "Sims" games I liked on there. Then when I retried what penstatefan73 said it worked on the second try. Make sure you are deleting all your FB likes for any Sims on FB. :D Hope this helps

On my Kindle Fire HDX I went to the "More" menu (green box in lower right corner), clicked the Facebook "F", logged out of Facebook, and logged back in.

For me it just kept saying to "try again" but all I had to do was log out then log back in (in the account manager within the Sims Freeplay menu) because my details were somehow screwed up. Hope it's that simple for you all!

HELP The Party Boat on the Sims freeplay isnt connecting but I don't know why

I'm using an android device, smart phone, and all I did was log out of face book and log back in. But you have to be logged into Facebook first anyways. You to press on the menu thing in the right bottom corner, click on the Facebook sign and then log out then log back in. It saves your data so you won't lose anything when you log back on. It worked for me. 😉👍

I'm stuck tryed to connect using my ipod and loged into fb and then back out and it still didn't load then I delted all my likes of the Sims on my Facebook and still no luck😔 , any chance , anyone has any clue how to help?

The only thing that worked for me was in the Facebook app to turn platform off and then on again. Then I was finally able to connect to facebook again

To connect to The Party Boat I restarded my device ( I have an iPad Air) by press and holding the shut off button then I shut it down, then I waited awhile and turned it back on. The the first thing that popped up is that settings needed my fb password
Then you put my password in then I went to Sims and clicked on try again. ( I don't know what it said) then I got loged it so personal experience try it out hope it helps 😊

I went into settings and Facebook said "connected" but "unknown user". I logged out of Facebook and logged back in and voila! My username information popped up and I could connect to The Party Boat again.

I can not log in to Facebook on the Sims freeplay game I had to change my password as Facebook logged me out me and told me to change my password due to someone else using my account and since then I have not been able to log in to facebook on the game! I have tried logging out of facebook and logging back in again but nothing works on my iphone5c :( please help

I have a similar problem I can't find the option in the menu to connect to Facebook and when I go to The Party Boat only "another sim town" comes up.
When I go onto the Sims Freeplay app on Facebook and try to send it to my phone it wont work either.

Once I do that, it does not register on the app. It brings up my Facebook feed in the popup as if it were another browser. When I close it, nothing on the app has changed, and I'm still not connected.

On my Samsung Note 3, I actually had to uninstall Facebook. Then I logged in the app directly. Once I downloaded my saved data, I just re-installed my Facebook app again.

No tried everything you've suggested & nothing is working. I'm logged into both the game central thing and Facebook. And still just insists "Log in, log in" fed up of stupid thing!!!
Also on Level 13, still can't access toddler Quest, or the nanny one or the Pet quest in the Park. I like the Sims but this is stupid and getting fed up now!!!!

Try these solutions.

If you're experiencing issues with your game staying logged in to Facebook, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



1. Check login screen

Go to your Account Management screen to see if your Facebook profile is logged in. If not, try logging in from here.



2. Reboot your device

If logging in from the Account Management screen doesn't correct the issue, you may need to try powering off your device for a few minutes. Check your Account Management screen again when you turn it back on to see if it has kept your logged in.



3. If the first 2 steps fail, please try the following...

For Facebook login issues, please try carefully following these steps to disconnect your account and log back in:

1. Log in to Facebook on a computer
2. Go to this link (your Facebook App Center): http://www.facebook.com/appcenter/my
3. Find the name of the game application (Real Racing 3, Sims FreePlay) in the list and click on the "settings" link
4. Scroll to the bottom of the settings options and choose "remove app" to de-authorize the application from connecting to your Facebook account

This will have disconnected your Facebook account from the game.

Now:
1. Force close all apps running on your device, including the game
2. Turn your device off, then turn it on again after a few seconds
3. Open the game again and go to your Account Manager from the options menu
4. Log in to your Facebook account (you will need to approve permissions for the game application again)

This should reconnect your Facebook account to the game again and log it in properly.



Should the above steps not work, please go into your device system settings and select Facebook. Then ensure that The Sims FreePlay is set to on. If it is set to on, select delete account and sign back in on the device.



4. Check your firewall settings

Some firewall settings may prevent your device from being able to correctly access Social features, particularly if you have social sites blocked.



Game Center Login Issues

If you are having issues with logging in to Game Center, please try logging out of your Game Center account, then go into the account manger within the game on your mobile device and log back in to your account from there.

If you changed your password on Facebook, On iPad Air, iPhone go to settings/Facebook/tap your name/change your password to Your new password that you created on FB/save.

I have an android and the option to connect to Facebook isnt even there when I go to Party Boat. It just shows my one neighbor.

I have an iPhone. I went to my settings scrolled down to my apps and clicked Facebook and I turned FreePlay off and then I turned it back on. Once I went back to the game it let me log in. GOOD LUCK 😉

I recently started playing the Sims free play and I can't connect to The Party Boat?

IPhone user here I was encountering this issue as well. I had Facebook app installed had to uninstall the app and selected to “login”. Typed in Facebook credentials on browser (safari) and was able to get connected. Hope this works for you all, don’t forget to reinstall Facebook app.
