Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do you have more kids per household? If I move the husband out can the wife have a third baby? Then can I move the husband back in?

No. No more then 4 Sims can live in one house. Up to ten sims can be at one house at once but only 4 sims can live there.

You can try having a teen move out, then have a third child, then I think you can move the teen back into the house.
