Omg first I had 5 neighbors now I have one
And I can't get the third present from the party
Boat what happend and hiw can I fix it pls help

If they are your Facebook friends, you may be logged out of Facebook on the game. Try going into The Party Boat and clicking "invite friends" and it will then prompt you to log into Facebook. Once you've done that your Neighbors should be back. Also check that you are logged into the Game Center if that is how you have been adding neighbors.

Try what the previous answer says. But another possibility is that your neighbours deleted the game and no longer play the Sims freeplay. If that is the case you will just have to get new neighbours.
