How do I get the on sims freeplay because I wanna buy another dog because I've got loads of life points?

Go to The Town Map and find The Salon. If you have enough Sims then you should be able to start building the Pet store beside it. Once the pet store is built go back to the Town Map and click on it once to finish construction. Click on it again to open it and see what Pets they have for sale. You are allowed one dog and one cat per household. You can purchase a dog or cat and choose what household it will live at.
