What building is the sports center? Is it the swim center or the stadium?

The sports centre is where your preteens can do Ballet or Karate as a Hobby it is near the Fire Station and is very fun to use

Neither. It is in one of the corners of the map, and the bubble for it doesn't show up unless you go to the very corner so that's probably why you haven't noticed it before. The bubble has a silhouette of a ballerina and a person doing Karate. When you go into the map, if you don't adjust the Camera direction, it it is the corner forward and to the left.
