How do you get neighbors because I hace 2 neighbors and I need 3 to build the nightclub or I have to pay 20 lps and I only have 2 lps

You need to have Facebook friends who play the Sims. I don't so I don't know exactly how it works, but I'm pretty sure you go to The Party Boat and click on the invite button.

Hi, your Facebook friends who are also playing the game should automatically be added as your neighbours. I didn't have to send requests.
Also, if you're using the Game Center from iPad, iPhone etc, your friends from there will also automatically be added as neighbours.
