Question for The Sims FreePlay
I accidently ask a sim to move in.. My goal is to add a new sim to town. Should I buy a new house or just add a new sim using the old house? I'm clueless

Build a new house because it costs alot of money for a new sim in an old house

You can do both. Whatever suits you.
If you ever plan to get rid of the empty house, make sure to sell all the Items and rooms in it so you can get some money.
