Question for The Sims FreePlay

Santa is suppose to come to my house on the 13th and today is 14th of December I can't find him , he's not in my sims town , please tell me Where is he?

Santa will only come if you are level 7. If you're not up to that level yet, perhaps that's why.

You have to put all your Sims to sleep then when they wake up santa will be there
