Ok u have to put all of ur sims asleep........then exit out and wait one to two minutes and t(exit out of the map) then come back in and Santa should be between ur mailbox and ur trashcan

First wait till the 13th and if he doesn't come try to see is he date or time is right 2nd If it is wrong then fix it then search all around your town!

You wait till the 13th of december then if you still don't see santa then you exit out of your town and then you go back to your house and santa should be in between your mailbox and your trash can
