How do I pick up fishing pole and select a Sim to fish.

I can't figure out how to buy the actual fishing pole, but I can get your sims to the park. Click on the park in the town map, then click the folder on the left side of the screen. There should be a little whistle on the sim that you want to send if he isn't busy. Click on that. If you do have a fishing pole, you can click on the water and there should be an option.

After I get your sim to the park u have to click on the pear and there should be an option to go fishing

If you send a sim to the park and go to the four way bridge you will fine a fishing pole click on it to fishGuest answered:
If you want to go Fishing, make sure you click on the water, not the fishing pole

Go to the Park, tab on the simtracker then tab on the whistle of the sim you want to bring to the park and finally tab on the Fishing pole .

K so in the Park on the cross bridge near the bottom there's a pool of water so tap there and Fishing actions will appear like fish for 3 minutes or 1 hour and so on

Nothing happens when I tap on the Park area. I mean I do not enter anything like I would enter a house. Also there is no dock in the water area. 8(

To go Fishing on the Sims freeplay:
1)get the Park
2) click on the Park then use sim tracker to call ovsr a sim
3) click on the Fishing pole
4) choose how long you want to fish
5) when your done Fishing press explimation mark(!) and vwala!!!

You just have to click on the water and go fishing. It was confusing with the grab a pole thing because you don't actually have to do that. Just click go fishing after you click near the water/dock area. Guest answered:
There are two bridges in the Park. Don't go to the bridge where there are ducks near it, go to the other one. You'll see an open part of the bridge and a Fishing pole waiting there for you to use it....now you can go fishing.

Go to the Park, invite a sim, make them go over to the big wooden bridge over the water. You will find a Fishing fod and a bucket. Click on the fishing rod. Click on the 'go fishing' option and you be fishing and you will have a new Hobby

First, you must build the Park. Then see that Fishing pole? Click it! Then all the options you see are ALL fishing! Hope this helped!

You have to find the four square bridge then you go to the open side of the bridge press on the red Fishing pole and then you can go fishing

Click on the Park icon and go to the crisscross bridge and then at the open part you should see a Fishing pole click on that and it will give you options to pick from. To get a sim in to the park select the sim tracker and press on the whistle for whoever you want . HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!

To make your sim go Fishing you..
1) go to the Park
2) go on your simtracker and call your sim to the Park
3) your sim is at the Park you bring your sim near the water
4) finally, you click on the water and actions will appear, them just click on the action labeled "go Fishing."

All the completed quest is the key found that out because there is still a single box in the park my guess the fish so once the final box is open you can invite Sims over to the park and I'm sure to play chest use the restroom use the BBQ and so on haven't finished the quest so we don't get to even cross the street on the cross walk this game is fun , but time consumingGuest answered:
1) go to the Park
2) whistle a sim to the Park
3) go to the bridge with four things on it.( It's actually called a pier)
4) click on the Fishing rod
5) fish!
