Finish construction on stadium...it says a ridiculous amount of hour n the set time ahead cheat doesn't seem to be working...

That's probably what broke your game in the first place. Try saving and reinstalling the app to see if this will fix the problem. If not, try to contact EA and get ahold of customer support or someone who will help you and work with you to fix this. There are a lot of glitches in this game so just be patient and be careful.
