You buy spooky furniture, then tap on the item for an action. Hit search for ghosts. It'll take about 6 minutes per search. There are 12 to find and so far I have three left to find. Hope this helped.

Mine it said "This item hasn't attracted any ghosts yet. Try filling your house with more Spooky Furniture"Guest answered:
If you keep searching for ghost you get promoted and then you can search for more ghosts and find all 12
