In the new summer update you can. But it costs (real) money I believe $4.99.I bought it but I'm still not sure how to acess it!

It costs only £2.99 for a full expansion pack which gives you a mixture of male, female, pre-teens and toddlers and babies swimwear and underwear. This is on the latest update
