How do my sims gets the job?
How do I build the businesses?

Well, you just basically click on an icon, which is in the town. Those icons represent the buildings then clik on whatever it is you want to build. It takes time, akthough the first buildings only take, like, half an hour or so.
Anyway thats going to be in one of your Goals and youll be given enough money to build one Business(I think they ask you to build the Firefighter building first)
After that, you'll be asked to employ one of your Sims.

To build a Business:
Press the Town Hall logo (a guy riding a Horse)
Build
This Job earns the most income.
To employ a sim:
Go to the hobbies/Careers/Relationships menu and choose the careers tab
Press the pic of the sim you want to employ
Employ them.
