Question for The Sims FreePlay
I have reset my freeplay 5 times and now started playing and each time something is wring . Sims don't work etc. Now I deleated the game and restarted and I get the sims, but no building in the city, no jobs for the sime so they just plant veggies. Nothing else. SO what is the next step

This sounds like you are having a lot of problems, so if you aren't at a very high level I would recommend completely starting over, deleting the app and losing all the progress you have made. Then reinstall the app and everything should work but all your progress will be gone.
Beyond that I don't imagine a simple device restart or a reinstall and saving the data will work as you've tried both of them. If you are desperate contact EA as this is another glitch that has been reported here in the questions and see if they can do anything to help you.

You have to buy the work places, there will be a task that tells you to build a Business later on.
