My preteen sims refused to study. How do I make him study? I can't skip the goal too.

Im having a similar prob. How do you even get your sim to do homework? I bought the desk, from the store, but it only comes up with "study"

Maybe you need to inspire him! Did you check that he can actually access the desk?

Check if the preteen has access to the desk. Changing the orientation of the desk helps.
