Question for The Sims FreePlay
I can't update my sims freeplay, since the update before the preteen update, I clicked on the update button, and it kept saying that I can't update now so my game was stuck with the loading so I can't access it except from the notifications, but I kept trying to update it and nothing happened, now when the preteen update came out I can't even play cause it kept saying that I have to update to keep playing, my laptop is not with me and am not in my home town am going home in a month and afraid I will lose my sims!!!!

You need WiFi connection to do any updating. If that is not the case, and you do have WiFi then try closing all of your open apps. If on an iOS device, double click your home button. A window will appear with all your open icon apps. Press and hold an icon until the red circle with a line in it appears in the upper left hand corner. Tap that circle. Do this for every app that is displayed with a red circle. Then go back to iTunes Updates and try to update again. (make sure WiFi is on when you try and update). I hope I helped!!!

I'm having the same problem too... But for me it just won't update! It says I don't have enough storage but I do...

I know what to click to up date it just won't update I keep doing touching it and it just goes back to update I'm really angry this was my favorite game

I have recently tried to download the new update it keeps getting struck on 99% it will not allow me to play the game. I have tried to start the game again but same problem. I have played for two years a lot of data has now being lost. I guess this is where me and the sims part company.
