You have to buy a crib in the nursery section and then press the plus sign above the crib. The first time you get a baby it only takes 4 hours. You don't actually have the baby it's more like adoption. Hope I helped

The Sims does not get pregant. You have to be married, then buy a crib, then click on the crib and a baby can be added. Add me to Facebook, so I can play The Party Boat.
