No one will care for my baby.it's starving ,and needs the nappy changed.but no one will do the task.

Make sure your crib is facing the correct direction. Try moving the crib into the middle of the room and see which side the sim approaches the baby on. Then you can put it against the wall with the correct side facing out.

Does your sim have that little bubble above his head? If so then it means then you need to move the crib like they said

What is said above is correct. You must move the crib so the sim can access the baby from either side.
