Yes, it's possible. I'm not sure what happened, but if your baby is gone then there isn't anything that can be done. You can have another one if you really want one.

I heard somewhere that your toddler is taken away if you don't play with it, so...? I'm not sure this is the case, but it's what I could think of. Hope it helps~
