How do you make a married pair of sims go out on a date as in like a eating going some where date?

As of right now, the only "date" they can have is "Meal" when you tap on a refrigerator. You also need a picnic table so the Sim can sit and eat, otherwise they stand oddly and eat standing up. When you tap "Meal" the refrigerator lets you tap it again (unlike "Leftovers" where the Sim stands in front of the refrigerator)
Sharing a meal is a goal that will come up, and this is how you do it.
