Question for The Sims FreePlay

My Game freezes and immidiatly exits when I try to add a sim to the new house I built. How do I stop that so I can add my sim???

I've the exact same problem for the last month or so,
And it's such a pain because one of my couples just got married and it keeps telling me I can't add a baby until the new sim
Arrives! Someone help!!!!

If you are logged on party boat and have neighbors go on Facebook and change your password then hot the button that says log out of all devices and the sims should work again

I was on the quest for toddlers I was getting free LP for watching videos then the game froze I had to delete it and start again.I think it can be fixed but not sure how

Same here I built the family house for m married couple and toddler to move n to but every time I hit it it brings me back to my iPad menu and need to get more Sims to complete the goal anyone help?

I'm level 28 and game crashes when I try to open house that just finished being built so I can add new Sim. Adding new Sim is my goal too!

Same here i bought the mansion and my ipad keeps crashing when i try to add the new sim. This is so annoying i hope they fix it soon!!!!!!!!!

All you have to do is turn your phone of ipad or what ever ou have off count to 3 and then turn it back on! Smile hope it works for you!!!!!Smile

Hello
I was Playing yesterday, and one og my Sims were planting the thing were you Can win simeleons when it Rolls on different vegetables. And it froze!! And it still is even after waited one Night. When I open the game, it starts the same place were it froze yesterday, and I can't do anything. :(
What to do? I am at level 24
