How do I purchase the home basic pack? It is not under the purple cart icon.

You just press the simelons and there's the basic home pack for free

I had the same problem! What you need to do is close the Sims app (dubble tap home button and swipw the sims screen up) and then open the app again. The pack will now be in the online store, hope it helped

Okay, I also had the same problem you did, but what I found out, was that the Sim store is a bit. . . . Random. Turning the app on/off didn't help, and I was getting frustrated, and around midnight (after pushing the care button all day) I saw that they finally had the basic home pack along with some other piggy bank thing. So I bought it. And in the morning when I checked it again it didnt have anything but the piggy bank. So yeah, I think the store is random when it come to time.

I have the same problems...I click on the purple cart and the only tab to show is the specials, there is no other tab to buy stuff from! Can anyone help?

MAKE SURE YOUR TASKS SAY: Purchase a basic home pack from the online store.
I do the folowing:
1. Open the store
2. Go to the specials tab
3. Look where it is and click on it
Then it doesn't work for me! But it may work for you! Try it and comment pls!
