My dog keeps on crying how can I help her stop.

Oh and how can I skip all the goals and get to the engaged???

You should give him food , just go to the store then click on Pets then there will be a bowl and Toys for him so just buy him a bowl and whenever he finishes t let your sim to fill it , actually you can't now, you just can do this if you update the game

Yes you can have two dogs in the same house!!!! I have a dalmation and a husky in one house and in another I have a german shepherd and a British shorthair cat. But I can't figure out if you can make them have puppies...maybe if they are the same breed of dog?

I am not sure but if you want your dog to fill the happiness Bar, you can praise it and the bar will go up quick. I'm pretty sure that works with cats but I don't have one so I can't be certain. The smiley face things will help any animal, even your Horses. Hope this helped!

You have to finish the quest Need For Steed which is on level 11.
