On the app store it shows sims partying and I don't know how to do it I need help,whats the party boat for and how do you use it one more thing what do you do with nabours?w

For The Party Boat-First YOU HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO Facebook!
The Party Boat is when your real life Facebook friends go up against you to see who has the better town. When you reach 3 Neighbors, you get the option to create The Nightclub for free(the Nightclub is next to the music Career) it's a whole new place like the Park, where your Sims can go and visit it. Or you can pay 20 LP to purchase it. Every time you reach a certain amount of niebors, you unlock a new daily award and a furniture item.
