Question for The Sims FreePlay

I started building the car shop but it was taking too long so I decided to use a time cheat and I fastforwarded time to 2038 (the highest you can go on ipod)and it didnt complete it still had 40 hours to go so I went back to present time but now the building icon is red how do I fix this?
