Question for The Sims FreePlay
I have The Sims Freeplay on my Iphone. I started building a stadium. It stopped building and it wont show a time. How do I get it start building again and finish it? Or cancel it?

This is a glitch that can only be fixed three ways. Restart your device, save your progress and delete and then reinstall the app, or get into contact with EA to see what they can to do fix this.
Those aren't really steps, just try them one at a time and see after you do them each if anything happens to the Stadium. Also, try waiting for an update to see if that will fix anything.
