HELP! My sims Has been out of work. And how to return him back to his work again? I beg for help...

For the different Careers a Sims have, there is a certain time of the day they are supposed to go to work. When it is time for the sim to go to work, the game will notify you. You then go to the bottom right or left corner of the screen. There will be a Bar with an arrow onit. Tap the arrow and a list of your sims will appear. There will be a pulsing brief case under the sim. Tap on that and you sim will be sent to work.
