No! The Party Boat gives you LP and money every day. It gives you more presents when you get more Neighbors. You can add neighbors by going through your Facebook friends.

You can actually. There has been a new update, you click on Party Boat and then add neighbor so you can visit them. But you need a Facebook account ;)

You have to be a level 9 to do it no matter how you've added your friends to your list

you go to the place you want to go to, eg. someones house. then you click the little button on the left of the screen that kinda looks like a profile folder. then you will see all the profiles of your sims . to get one of them to go to the place your in then click the little whistle and they will go to the front door :D

Omg so confused about Neighbors, first I know that The Party Boat is not how but how do you do it, and how can you get more money than just at your Sims work or the Party Boat, so how????!!!!!!!!!!
