My sims freeplay childrens store is not building what shall I do? It's been frozen for about 3 days now HELP!

It may be a glitch in the game, and what I would try doing is changing the time on your iPad/phone or whichever. To do this go to your setting, go to general, then to time and date. Switch the automatic time to off, and put the date to as far forward as you can, so about 2036 or so. Go back in to the Sims app and see if the progress has changed. Once your finished, return to your settings and turn automatic time back on.
