My goal is complete construction on any of the four workplaces on the town..

It's easy, just go on The Town Map(the city icon on the bottom right of the map) and look around for workplaces. The workplaces are, as I remember them; studio, fire department, Town Hall, Stadium, science place , and the art studio. Some are quite hidden like the music studio I had to rotate the screen to find it. When you click in the icon for the place, check what you need to build it. Some times you need an extra person do you have to save up for a person and a building. SO YOU NEED TO SAvE YOUR MONEY

My goal is complete four constructions I already have 3 and the 4th is on construction but, how do I finish it faster?

I had the same question. It's simple, all you have to do is go to your Town Map and look for workplaces and click on any of them to see there requirements. Some require more money than others, and you also have to have a certain amount of Sims to build workplaces on The Town Map. But you can't construct more than 1 workplace at a time, so when one workplace is finished constructing you can construct your other workplace. And that's how you construct your two workplaces!
