Question for The Sims FreePlay

What is the goal before "get your sim engaged"
My sims are partners and are moved in together and I have the choice of getting engaged but if I press it it says I cantbdomit until I get the goal. So when will that goal come and what goal is before it?

Ok sorry I'm not exactly sure but I remember that you r really close when you get the "build three shops" goal.

I believe it is after the build 4 workplaces goal or 4 shops.

When it says onn Sims freepllay build 4 workplaces do you have to buy all 4 because when it was buil 3 I only got 1 and it worked

To get your Sims engaged you have to be on level 10 then complete your building Goals then after build four buildings the next goal is get engaged also it will give you 20 LP to get your sims married buy the eternity ring this is true because I am on level 50 with 20 engaged sims and 10 kid sims.
