I bought a rocking horse from the Children's store and I can't get the toddlers to play on it! Is it just decor or is there a way to get them to play with it??

The rocking Horse is just decor. I bought it too hoping toddler would play on it. It looks cute in room though. The building blocks are fun, 3 hrs of play for toddler. Also Adult rocking chair for nursery doesn't rock when sat on, just normal chair. And the train for 300LP just goes around with flashing lights, etc. It can be toggled on/off. Dress up chest is fun as ttoddler acts like the toy it is dressed up as. Wish EA would bring out a little tricycle for toddler to ride around in - this would be cool!
Thank you for asking as I had the same question and Thanks to the one that answered
I like the rocking Horse as a decor but too bad
Well before I downloaded the update I want able too do anything with it either and it wa just decor. Today I got a goal that said play with Horse rocking chair between 5pm-7pm and I clicked on it and it worked the toddler rocks back and fourth. It has to be in a clear area though so put it in like the middle of the child's room and it will work. I think you have to have the update though I'm not sure.
Which ones are the building blocks in the Children's store? Is it the little blocks that cost 12 life points? You can't buy them with money?
Where do I find the trike for toddlers as I can't find it anywhere
