Go into your house mode and purchase a baby cradle. You will them have icon to add Sims. Click and wa la a baby!

You have a buy a cradle and click on it. Whichever house you out it in, the Sims living in that house must be married before you can have a baby.

Well the woohoo button is not for having a baby, but all you have to do is go to the homestore,click on "infant" then,purchase a cradle(only works if you have a married couple.)and click on the bubble above it. You have to wait 24 hours for the baby, but you can soeed it up with LP.
