It rather depends on how they show you they don't want to do it. If it's by the two blue footprints over their heads there is a problem with them getting to what you want them to do. Make sure when positioning furniture etc that there is always a pathway through, , wall lights are the killer here because they don't look as if they are blocking a square on the grid but they are. If it's things like coffee makers they may be facing the wrong way and just need turning round. Hope it helps. Good luck.

If you are trying to do something when a sim has to go behind it,then you have to put that object out in the open just so that the sim has free access to it.

Thanx it helped a lot! Good to kno because I kept having my Sims with the two foot prints above their head wen I wanted dem to make coffee! But thanx! You helped me A LOT!!
