The Hobby Shop it's like 50 life points! Sometimes the put it on sale though

You have to tap on the part of the lake that splits the ducks it's the smaller part,you don't have to buy anything

It's right next to where the wizard stands in the park. In the lake right where you enter the park.

Ok to clarify, you have to first bring a Sim to the park before you can click on the RC boat. The location is already listed here. You don't need to spend anything but 30 minutes of your time.

you dont need to buy anything! just go to the other end of the river and there you'll see the rc boat. it will take you 30mins to "play with the rc boat". oh well, i wasnt able to find it at first too that i decided to skip it by using 5lp :(

RC boat is in the park u can see 2 motor ship colored red and yellow near below the bridge

You don't need to buy anything! Just go to the other end of the river and there you'll see the rc boat. It will take you 30mins to "play with the rc boat". Oh well, I wasnt able to find it at first too that I decided to skip it by using 5lp :(

If you go to the Park, it is in the water already. You don't need to buy anything or use up your life points

Go to the Park, on the river (kind of next to the ducks), there is a small toy boat in the water. You'll have to search for it well. There is no need to buy anything.

I tapped everywhere on the lake, but no boat shows up...

The boat is really tiny. I was googling all kinds of questions and I couldn't find it at the Hobby store. Then I went to the lake and there was a little red thing by the bridge close to the main entrance. There's no 50 LP to pay. It's simple but it wasn't easy to find...!
