You have to get have relationship, move in get engaged, get married and do a lot of Goals before the option of having a baby comes up

I am already on level 30 for the second time. I have married, had kids deleted kids, can't skip the goal because that is not an option, can't do any more goals until this one is finished, can't do that til I get more lp points. I have no way to move forward in this game, Except spending hours and hours following the stupid animals around to get a lp here and there..... Guest answered:
You have to have two married Sims go to the store and go to the crib it's right there any crib the more money it is the faster it will go ok
