How do I give my baby a bath I have changed her diaper like 5 times she still is showing to 'stink'

I have this issue too. I usually just change the diaper like 5 times and then change her clothes. Seems to work.

Make the Sim who is going to change the diaper go to the toilet first. If they have to go to the bathroom, the diaper change won't work.

You click on the baby so the green thing is on her then you press the wardrobe. The baby's clothes will change and it won't stink.
