I can't get higher than best friend is there any way?

I still haven't gotten to the marriage goal yet and really want a baby I already bought a crib is there a certain level you have to be on? I'm on level 16 so I just don't know what to do! Please help

You don't have to wait for the goal. I'm at level 8 and my Sims are married and have a child. You just have to make make them be romantic and woohoo until you get to propose. I suggest you buy the most expensive ring because they can and will reject you. Then you make them do more woohoo and be romantic until you get to get married. You don't need a wedding cake or anything unless you want it to be really special. Then just buy a crib for 9lp or 10,000 Simoleons then you need 7lp to have the baby, and you can pick the baby's gender and all that, and ALAKAZAM!

Omg, you guys r like giving this person terrible answers! Ok what you do is eventually you will get a goal that says be romantic to a sim (this just matters how many Goals you have completed, so any level) then it will tell you to buy a three star rated bed, so don't get married or spend that many LP on the ring just b patient for these instructions. Eventually there will b a goal that says b romantic till you r partners and do not move in with them until you're married. Then a goal will pop up to marry a sim, and THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE LP!!!!!
Then it will say for a goal to have a baby. Buy a crib and I suggest to start building the Children's store and then buy a crib and click on it then if you r a low level, it won't cost as much, but if you're like 20 then it'll co st like 15LP but if you're level 8 it'll prob b 4lp and then if you wanna wait 3 days it's you're choice but I used all my lp and then start making a bday cake, BUT DO NOT SELL IT!!!!

Have the two best friend "complain" to each other eventually the Bar will rise, but I'm not too sure what relationship Status will appear

Actually once your relationship Status reaches best friend that's it, you can then choose to be romantic and build a relatioship or remain best friends

Tap on your best friend and tap on 'Be Rude' and tap that until it rises

I have reached level 6 and a challenge has come up saying make them be romantic so I would wait for the romantic task to come up because I couldn't get them past best friends until now.

There is a "Rich Lather Quest" which you have to complete. It comes after haveing 4 Sims Dance to a 2 star stereo which comes after buying a 2 star stereo.

People. You must use the "Rich Lather" option in the shower and after that. It allows you to romance and thereafter, get married

After you go through good friends and get to best friends You have to be rude Untill it'll take you back to good friends and then you go through good friends again and then you'll be in a budding romance

You should have a be romantic button press it and they will start to fall in love.

To get past best friends you need to start being romantic, then you go to budding romance, then date, then you can get married and have kids but you can only have two kids living in one house. Or in other ways 4 Sims living in one house the way to get more then 2 kids is to Age one kid to an Adult and then you can move him or her out then you can have another kid.

You have to complete the love in the air Quest, you can be in level 6 too! I got past it , and it's very smple.

You have to reach level 6. It was the same thing for me until I got there. Now my Sims are dating!!

Idk what y'all are doing or talking about, when two of my Adult Sims became "best friends" I had them constantly be nice to each other to get to the next level didn't work so I tried being romantic and there it was. I kept being romantic and they became in a buddy relationship , I continued to have my sims be romantic to each other and they became partners and so on and so forth .after that you should be able to propose , now don't be cheap on the ring , they will reject you, after you get engaged you can get married ,

I think it's the limit of friendship for the game but your idiocy has no limits

So there is task and you would have to do it it comes with the task at level 6 and it gives you permetion to be romatinc and flierty but you would have to do a task to get that point like mine was shower really good and then I had the prevlag to be flirty!! It's simple all you do is in the shower, you do quick rince, good scrub and then rich lather will be about 15 min..

You have to be on level 10

To get to any romance stage you have to get up to best friend first and then being nice, being funny, or complaining, being rude or chest bump will get you any higher. You must complete all of your tasks and then eventually you will have a Quest pop up and tell you for one of your Sims to have a 'rich lather' to get them 'in the mood', you have a certain amount of time so don't blow it (my quest popped up after four aims danced to the two star radio).

Almost all of these answers don't work so I thought I'd clear things up.

1. You don't have to take three different showers
2. Friendship is NOT were Relationships end
3. Being nice will no longer get you to romantic stages
4. DO NOT BE RUDE OR COMPLAIN TO GET TO BUDDING ROMANCE!!!

So to start off you must keep on completing your tutorial Quests and once you have done enough you will be given a Quest/adventure that is not part of tutorial (mine happened after four Sims danced to a two star stereo). This quest is called 'Love Is In The Air' it will tell you for one of your sims to have a rich lather to get them in the mood, this will then allow you to do a romantic thing, as you follow on the quest you will get higher romantic statuses so follow on.

Note: you have a certain amount of time to get extra, free bundles so if you can try and finish it within that time

You get your first "Quest" after you do enough little tasks. Your first task is to flirt. So you go to your sim and flirt with another sim if your choice. Then it will become above best friends and be a purple Bar. The go to the next quest to become partners and so on and so forth.

Make sure one sim does the 15min shower then you will be able to flirt (even if they are best friends)!

It's pretty simple of what you need to do. Just do the tasks it asks you for Love Is In The Air after you reach level 6 and then eventually you'll form a budding romance which then leads to marriage etc

Okay, here's the deal. Quests are completed in a specific order. You can't choose what Quest you want to complete. You just take them as they come. Once you reach the quest "Love Is In The Air," you will begin completing tasks that will lead up to the ability to become romantic and eventually get married. If you have not completed the tasks that precede "Love is in the Air," you will not be able to get to this quest until you complete those first. It has nothing to do with what level you have reached. It only matters what tasks/quests you have completed. Continue carrying out the tasks, and you will eventually get there. I'm up to level 32, but I've taken my time on the quests. I just now reached a stage where I finally have a toddler. I haven't been in a hurry because I just like playing the game. In the time I've been playing, I've learned that each new ability stems from completing the appropriate quests. Of course you can't. All you have to do is just to complete the Quests, then, after you passed a certain Quest, something will make you do something to make you budding romance. It means that you are starting to make your Sims engaged.

I am on level 7 and I am stuck on this part too. But I am not much of a Social media person so I don't have Facebook or friends on Game Centre. To complete the social task with the friends you need to log in with Facebook or game centre. Does that mean I have to create an account if I want my two Sims to get married???

Ok so I looked on here for help and it didn't nothing for me so I would like to try to explain it. So basically you have to be past level 6 so get this Quest. The quest doesn't require you to take a shower to get it. The quest will come once you have completed the Quests I front of it. If you press Tasks, for your main character underneath the list it will say quest waiting in queue. If you click the number and scroll sometimes it will be there. You just have to complete the other tasks first then it will appear. Hope this helps

Ok, so I've been reading these answers because I had the same question. This question is asking about how to get past best friends, not how to get to be romantic or start a romance.

I can't seem to be able to complete the simoleon Quest no matter what I do

To get to certain Relationships or Events in the Sims life you need to complete Quests .

The answer is simple make a sim take a rich lather shower even when you don't get the goal and then you make your sim be good friends with the other sim then just do all your Goals untill you have enough room for the Love Is In The Air Quest!!Hope this helped 😉😉

OK GUYS FINALLY I HAVE 2 Sims GETTING ALONG ROMANTICLY!OMG yay!so you just have to complete all your tasks on the top not the two on the bottom but the TOP then soon the Love Is In The Air will pop up!

This is how, first you complete tasks and then you HAVE to wake up at 9am and chat on the phone on the game until 12am. Then buy the crib, wait, design then you have a happy family. I had the same question but figured it out. Now this is an ALAKAZAM!!!!!

The way to solve this is by being rude and complaining , that helped me

I got past the best friend "stage". I got two Teenagers who are best friens forever now. I think It was because they were best friends while being preteens and then grew to teenagers together. (Aged to the same Age while being best friends). I think thats how it works, hope it helpes.

First you need to finish all your tasks so there is room for the next Quest.... Then the quest "Love Is In The Air" will pop up and your Romantic desires task's will appear.......hope it worked.....Thanks👍

For those of you stuck on the best friends level (The Sims Freeplay) here is how to get passed that:

Being rude and complaining WILL NOT get you there. I'm on level 9 and JUST figured out how to get them to be romantic and "woohoo".

Listen to me carefully, you MUST I repeat, you MUST complete the Quests. Do you see the option where it says "3 tasks available" (or however many tasks you have)? You need to see what your next task is. After you complete each one it asks you to do, it will then take you to the "Love Is In The Air" task. So the answer is COMPLETE YOUR TASKS! Otherwise you will not get passed the "best friends" level. I'm happy to answer any questions. You're welcome!

Also, to speed things up you need LP. To get these for free go to the store button and on the bottom should be this green button that tells you to get free LP. Click that and complete one of those surveys or whatever and when you finish you will get those LP to speed up your Sims processes. Ok bye now

When you get to about level 3 there should be a marriage Quest. In the quest it basically tells you to be romantic and you keep doing that until you get to partner. At a certain level of their relationship you can do woohoo to but it's quicker to be romantic. When they are partners if you click on one of them it will say propose marriage. You click on it and then choose a ring. It helps to get the most expensive one because Sims will probably say no if it's not expensive. When they are married move them in together and then click on the baby crib and press add baby.

I can't get Past Best Friend

To pass the best friend level you must make the Sims interact with each other alot. Once on level seven or above you eventually access the "Love Is In The Air" Quest. After finishing you may have a romantic relationship with anther sim. That should answer all of your questions people. Yes I'm smart.

Well, you have to get past the level 7 Quest 'Love Is In The Air'. Then, your Sims can have higher relationship statuses like being a couple, and marriage. I know, it's frustrating... Just make them be nice to each other for a while, get them to best friends, and then get your XP up until you get to level 7 and can do the quest.

When you get to the best friends stage, then complain 3 times then be nice. It should work then.

If you are having trouble passing the best friends on Sims FreePlay then continue reading this response. When I started playing the FreePlay I did the Quests it asked then I stopped doing them because I wanted to get married etc. I thought I could just fast forward all the quests. What you need to do is complete all of the quests it requests. As you complete the quests it will unlock different stages of life on the sims FreePlay. So one reason why you can't pass the best friends stage is because you haven't completed the quests so the computer thinks that you are ready to get married etc. So if you want the married life and Children complete the quests. Your welcome.

Put 2 Sims in a room. Then put the door in inventory so they can't leave. Then make them be friends. Once they're friends make them be romantic. They'll go through date to partner. Once they are partners you can do the same with another sim. If you get romantic with another sim before you are partners with the 1st then the 1st will be jealous and lose Status. You can have as many partners as you want.

After best friend you need to get to level 7 and be romantic to a sim multiple times.Then you can get married and things.But the Best Friend line WILL NOT MOVE!

And so, if you are stuck on Best Friends, you have to keep being nice and funny for quite a while until your Sims are ready to get engaged or become partners. I promise, it'll work, but like I said, it takes time. You have to be patient like the others. I made two Sims best friends but the Bar meter won't go up, why?

I think I found a way! When your in best friend keep on being nice then be rude. Click on the person that has the more options like "chest bump etc" it will have the Bar with the green on it I just tried and it works (be nice before being rude or you may go back to the friend zone"

You have to be romantic, and keep doing that until they become partners. Then you can WooHoo and become pregnant.

You have to wait to get to level seven for the Love Is In The Air Quest so you can be romantic or it will just keep going back to good friends and then it will start a bidding romance so you can Gervinho married.

Hi there, so I know I'm really late but anyway.. First, you need to complete a certain Quest. You need to complete the money quest, it can be unlocked at level 7. After you complete it, you'll unlock a new quest. It's the 'Love Is In The Air' one. So just complete the quest and you'll get any Sims you have to get married. I hope this helped.

Eventually the "Love Is In The Air" Quest will pop up and you work your way through the Quests that are to do with it until it gives you the option the be romantic and then you keep pressing be romantic until the meter goes up
