Question for The Sims FreePlay
My sims moved in together, but they now have the same last name and I can't get the old one back! I gave them certain names and I didn't expect them to be changed!

That can't be changed and it is supposed to happen. It's just a game, you can always give two other Sims the names you originally wanted and not have them be in Relationships or anything.

You have to pay for "extreme makeover" you can then change the last name back

Its just like real life, when they get married/move in together, their last names will be the same.

Not necessarily, when people get married and move in together they can choose to keep their own last name for various reasons.

It's weird because I have one couple that moved in together and they still have their original last names. (they're engaged.) But all my other Sims who have moved in together, or gotten married share the same last name. I wonder why it didn't happen with my one couple.

Yeah but I just wanted two best friends to live together in a house and their last names changed and I was like woah hmmmm ok so I created a new random sim and then put their last name as one of the girls last names, made them friends then made them move in together. Then abandoned the random sim that I made earlier. I guess it's annoying but I think it's the only way to fix it. And also it costs money cuts I just bought an empty lot for the random sim, which was 4,500 Simoleons. And it took 1hr to create. Idk, just and idea.

You do not need to buy a new home, have another guy/gal in your town be good friends with another one and ask them to move in.. then you’ll get a free house. for me in a single house 4 good friends are staying together, with same surname though!!!For more questions for The Sims FreePlay check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
