Question for The Sims FreePlay
My ipad keeps crashing as soon as I click on The Sims Freeplay. Does anybody have the same problem? It's been 2 days now will my sims be dead the next time I go on?

Have you tried to update Sims freeplay? Also try and close the app and then re-open it. I know sometimes when I open sims after being active and not fully closing it down when I'm done, it's frozen. (To close your open apps double click the circle button on your iphone/ipod/ipad on the bottom)

Same here :(! Tried everything but it still loads game like it is going to star, then closes immediately.
In order to try to update the game I guess I'll have to wait for a next update since there isn't any now.

it happening since 7am this morning unable to play sims freeplay on all devices i thinks it something to do with the latest update on the BREE quests balcony update was almost done with 3 days to go now i cant complete it with getting hicked off every time i try to load :(

I am having the same problem in the exact spot you are. None of their reboot/ideas/cloud stuff worked going to miss out on the balconies i guess.

Same here. Problem just started today on my iPad Air. Freeplay still loads on my other iPad and also on my android tablet. On iPad Air, Freeplay starts loading, then crashes, but still shows on multitasking screen. Tried hard reboot to no avail. May try reinstalling but don't want to start over and lose progress.Guest answered:
Same problem here... I hope there will be an upadate soon, I reported my problem in a review on the app store... Maybe you guys schould do the same so the problem gets more attention??

The developers don't look at the app store reviews. You need to contact EA if you want to report it.

Me too when I open the app it just stays on the loading screen for a lil then it goes back to my home screen I would delete it then redownlaod but the last time I was on I forgot to save it some won't have my toddlers or anything like thatGuest answered:
Update did not fix iPad crash issue. Crashes and makes Adding Sims impossible. Extremely frustrating.

You need Internet, and try restarting your ipad.
Mine is crashing too, but I fix it like that
Before restarting, removing the app from the multitask Bar
