Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do you sign up into sims freeplay because when I tried to get into the malbox it wouldnt let it said to log in or sign up but I don't know how to sign up

I had the same problem. Finally figured out that you have to close the game AND delete it from the multitask menu in the home screen. (Double click and multitasking apps show along the bottom.) Once you have done that, you start the game again and you will be able to get the money from the mailbox.
You also have to have an Origin (EA) account and password.
If you make a habit every day, at least once, follow the steps above, you will always be able to open the mailbox.
