How do I have a house warming party? It says I need to make 2 sims become friends. Help please

When you have two Sims that aren't doing anything be at one of their Houses and switch to the simtracker. Use the whistle to call over the other sim that's not doing anything at the moment. When they arrive at the house (instantly) tap the sim without the green gem above their head. You'll get several relationship builder choices. To make friends choose the options with the green interaction circles like "Be Nice", etc. Keep doing this until they pass through being acquaintance level and to friend level. The pink circles are for romantic Relationships while the red circles are to turn friends into enemies. Hope this helps!
