If you shake your phone too much while you're sim is active, he will throw up! :(
Just tap the vomit puddle and he will clean it up.

Step one: EARTH QUAKE!(shake) step two: the sim throws up. Step three: tap the throw up and the sim will clean it up. You get mini XP each time. (same with the bath room mess.)[color=green][color=green

Just put the stairs in your inventory,put it back,and it will be clean.I do that with my dog food and water bowls when my sims are busy and it fills up.

When your Sims vomit you can clean it up by touching it and choosing "clean up"

On Sims free play you just click the vomit and it will say vomit and under the name of the object theres 1 option and that option is clean vomit puddle sorry if your playing a different sims game!

It happens if you shake you're whatever, then they wobble, and then they vomit, I know,disgusting, it's happened to me aswell!

To clean your puddle up you click on the puddle and and it will say clean up six secs tap on that and there you go

Clean it up: you have to tap on the vomit and then it will give you a option to clean it up and the you press clean it up

All you need to do is shake your device, if they just show nasuea, shake it again. It's gross but funny!

Not sure why Sims vomit but you can clean it up by clicking on the vomit it's self and then it will give you an option to clean it up for 2 seconds

If you want to make your sim(s) throw up you shake your device.
Hint..Hint:your sim needs to be standing up.....

Everyone has already answer the question but I thought I'd add this tip.
Sometimes in your weekly tasks you are asked to send a Sim to work with low hygiene. This can take a long time if you keep your Sims inspired. But cleaning vomit lowers hygiene fast.
