Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do you change the occupation of your sim?
My next goal is to get 4 athletes I already have 12 sims and only 1 is an athlete.

Go to your active sim's house and tap on the brief case. Then tap on he sim you want to change Jobs. It will ask you if you want to quit the Job. Say yes then exit back to your sim's home. Repeat the steps and now you're sim is unemployed. When you tap his icon, it will give you the option to assign a different job. Your sim needs to be home though.

didnt work just gives the option to go to work

Go to the Sims house tap on the briefcase go to the Sims you want to change occupation hit the icon (example - Guitar for Musician) then it will ask you to quit the Job hit he's and select another job
