You can remove a nude blur but it depends what sims game you are playing.
I only no how to do it in sims freeplay and if you are playing sims freeplay make your sims woohoo the click on buy new furniture and make the camera zoom out to the maxs and it makes the nude blur really small. If wrong pleaze correct me

On sims free play you make them woohoo while they are woohooing go to options and change the language and then change it back it will get rid of the blur
