First you need 7 friends and level 4 in the guitar skill. You will also need the night club (which you can get by going to visit sims then talk abut- ask to sign club partition) then you have to be early for work every working day. And then you just have to wait. You will know you have got a record deal after it says how much money you have earned for the game and it will come up with a notice after that saying that you have got a record deal!!!! Good luck with your career and I hope that you get that record deal!!!
