I don't think you can with the same spouse, but if you divorce your current one and marry another, then you can try with them

I got my kid token away cause I didn't want a adopted one and I couldn't get a kid back I'll have to make a new account maybe

Yes you can have another baby on Sims 3 Ambitions. Just wait a few days then call to adopt a baby. In a day or two you will have a brand new baby. Take care of this baby, because if you don't you won't get another one.

Make sure the kid is in a room without a chair or bed then delet the door and leave it. Btw you can't leave the house because the nanny will come and the kid will reset out the room.

Yes, you can, even with the same spouse, but you have to wait a full week to try again.
