You just do your job and then one day after you finish teaching you get payed and underneath the amount of money it says teaching bonas 2000.

You click on the little teddy bear (stands for job) and you go to promotion requirements. Then it says what you have to do to get a promotion. Right now I'm at $800

You basically wait, there isn't a really certain way to receive it, it just gives it out in some odd random order,it will happen eventually, like it did to me.

If it says that you see your co worker stealing something, and you report it, it will give you a bonus. It did this for me.
